The advice journey with FTB mortgages

Step 1

Get in touch and let us know how we can help and ask any questions you may have.

Step 2

Book in a convenient time and place around your schedule to talk in more detail.

Step 3

Initial Meeting – This is your opportunity to get to know our adviser and for them to understand as much as possible about you, your circumstances and what you are hoping to achieve.

Step 4

At the end of this meeting, you will agree the next steps which is usually for full research to be carried out and/or for additional information to be sent over.

Step 5

Your adviser will then report back with their research and recommendations in writing and follow up with a phone call to answer any queries.

Step 6

Once you are happy with everything and if you want us to proceed, we will then collect any remaining required paperwork and submit an application to the lender.

Step 7

We will remain in touch the whole time that the application is being assessed and provide you with regular updates, until we have the mortgage offer.

Step 8

Once you have the offer and we have explained this to you in detail, we will still remain on hand to support you with anything else you need such as help with estate agents, solicitors and arranging the appropriate protection.

Step 9

Once you have completed on your new mortgage we will still be available for any questions or queries you have at any point between then and your next mortgage. Our aim is to build a long term relationship with all our clients.
